Nice

Nice is the only town on our territory where you buy a district as much as a property. The Carré d'Or, Mont Boron and Cimiez are three distinct markets, with different buyers and different selling rhythms.

In the Carré d'Or, it is the building and its upkeep that make the price — the hall, the lift, how the co-ownership is run — more than the floor or the aspect. A fine apartment in a poorly kept building sells badly, and slowly.

Mont Boron remains the only district that is both in town and entirely quiet: seven minutes from the harbour, twenty from the airport, and nothing overlooking you on the heights. It is where international demand is most consistent.
