Mont Vinaigrier separates the city from the roadstead of Villefranche. Its slope is occupied by a protected county park, open to the public and crossed by paths — terraces, olive trees, pines. That protection shields the slope from any new development.
It is the consequence that interests a buyer: a property bordering this park keeps its view and its seclusion, because nothing can be built opposite. Few addresses on the territory offer that guarantee by regulation rather than by luck.
The quarter is residential and sparsely built, between Mont Boron and the Villefranche boundary. One lives minutes from the port of Nice, with neither its noise nor its traffic.
