An advisory house that sells, rather than an agency that advises.

Maison Masséna began from a simple observation: between two sales, nobody looks after large properties. Owners get flattering valuations when they asked for nothing, and nothing at all when they need an opinion.

We built the opposite: one file per property, kept over time, whether the sale comes in six months or in six years. It is a slower trade, with fewer people, and a much fairer one.
