Why we collect your data
- To handle your request — appointment, valuation, access to the confidential list. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- To send you properties that may interest you, only if you have consented. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- To measure our response time and what became of each request, so we can account for our work. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in assessing our service.
- Answering a search typed into the site’s search engine. The text of the search is sent, without any identifying data, to a language model that extracts its criteria; if it then accompanies a request, it is kept with it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you accurately.
For how long
Your data is kept for 3 years from our last contact, in line with the French data protection authority's recommendation for commercial management. That period restarts when you contact us again, never merely because we wrote to you. After it, your contact details are erased; only anonymous data remains, which can no longer identify you.
Audience measurement
We count page views and referrers using a cookieless tool that keeps neither your IP address, nor any persistent identifier, nor a browser fingerprint. These measurements are aggregated: they cannot recognise you from one visit to the next, which is why they do not require your consent.
Your rights
You have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.

Who can see it
Your data is available to the adviser who follows the property concerned, and to management. It is never sold, shared or used for any purpose other than those described here. Our processors, named below, access it only as needed to run the service.

The following providers process data on our behalf, solely for the purposes described here:
- Vercel Inc. (United States) — website hosting; processing runs in Paris.
- Supabase Inc. (United States) — database of requests, hosted in Paris.
- Resend Inc. (United States) — sending notification and acknowledgement emails.
- OpenRouter Inc. (United States), which forwards to Anthropic PBC (United States) — analysis of search text, without identifying data.
As these companies are established in the United States, data may be transferred outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or by the provider’s participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
The site sets a single cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your chosen language for one year. It is strictly necessary to display the site in your language and does not require consent. No advertising or audience-measurement cookie is set.
