For how long
Your data is kept for 3 years from our last contact, in line with the French data protection authority's recommendation for commercial management. That period restarts when you contact us again, never merely because we wrote to you. After it, your contact details are erased; only anonymous data remains, which can no longer identify you.
Your rights
You have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise them, write to info@maison-massena.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
Who can see it
Your data is available to the adviser who follows the property concerned, and to management. It is never sold, shared or used for any purpose other than those described here. Our technical providers (hosting, email delivery) access it only as needed to run the service.
